Give AccelerList Support Access to eBay Seller Hub

This guide explains how to securely grant AccelerList Support access to your eBay Seller Hub so we can help resolve listing issues quickly and efficiently.

Updated over 2 weeks ago

Allowing AccelerList Support access to your eBay account can help us quickly resolve listing issues and get you back on track.

At times, eBay APIs can be inconsistent and return unclear errors—especially as e-commerce platforms continue to evolve. In these cases, the most effective solution is for our team to review your eBay settings directly and help restore your listings to the correct working state.

eBay provides a secure permission system that lets you control exactly what access is granted. Our team will not have access to any financial information such as payouts, tax details, or billing settings.

How to Grant Access

  1. Go to Seller Hub (or My eBay)

  2. Navigate to: My eBay → Account → Permissions (or use the direct link if provided)

  3. Click “Add user”

  4. Enter: jeffdh5@gmail.com (or the email provided by support)

  5. Select the permissions you’re comfortable with (e.g., Create/Edit drafts, Publish listings, Manage orders)

  6. Send the invite

What Happens Next

  • Our team will accept the invitation and enable 2-factor authentication

  • We will access your account as “acting as [your store]”

  • We can only access the areas you’ve approved

This allows us to troubleshoot and fix issues faster while keeping your account secure and fully under your control.
