eBay provides a secure permission system that lets you control exactly what access is granted. Our team will not have access to any financial information such as payouts, tax details, or billing settings.
How to Grant Access
Go to Seller Hub (or My eBay)
Navigate to: My eBay → Account → Permissions (or use the direct link if provided)
Click “Add user”
Enter: jeffdh5@gmail.com (or the email provided by support)
Select the permissions you’re comfortable with (e.g., Create/Edit drafts, Publish listings, Manage orders)
Send the invite
What Happens Next
Our team will accept the invitation and enable 2-factor authentication
We will access your account as “acting as [your store]”
We can only access the areas you’ve approved
This allows us to troubleshoot and fix issues faster while keeping your account secure and fully under your control.
