Give AL Support Access to eBay Seller Hub

Help AccelerList Support Staff get you back on track with eBay listing roadblocks.

Updated this week

Sometimes, eBay APIs are finicky and return errors that are not so obvious. This happens especially frequently in the rapidly changing space of e-commerce where new programs are constantly introduced and changed over the course of just a few years.

In these edge cases the most effective way is to grant AccelerList Support access to your eBay settings, so that they can manually get your account listing back into the ideal working state you'd like them in.

Fortunately eBay has an easy permission control system that allows you to add 3rd party developers to your ebay.com account. You control exactly what we can see from your eBay account. Any added team members will not have access to any financial settings on eBay side.

Here's how to give AccelerList Support access:

  1. In Seller Hub (or My eBay) go to My eBay → Account → Permissions, or click this link.

  2. Click Add user, enter 'jeffdh5@gmail.com' or the email provided by support staff, pick the permissions you’re OK with (e.g. Create/Edit drafts, Publish listings, Manage orders, etc.), then send the invite.

  3. They accept the email, turn on 2-factor auth, and when they log in they’ll see a “acting as [your-store]” banner. They can’t touch payouts, tax info, or settings you didn’t grant.
