📋 The 4 Steps
Follow these 4 steps in order to complete your setup:
Authorize AccelerList to Access eBay
Configure Your PayPal Email
Select the AccelerList Default Policies
Select Your Merchant Location
Step 1: Authorize AccelerList to Access Your eBay Account
This links your eBay seller account to AccelerList, allowing us to manage and create listings on your behalf.
Action | Instructions |
1. Go to Integrations | Log into AccelerList, navigate to Settings (gear icon), and click eBay tab. |
2. Connect eBay | Find the eBay section and click "Connect eBay Account." |
3. Log In to eBay | You will be redirected to eBay. Log in with your eBay username and password. |
4. Grant Access | On the permission screen, click "Agree" or "Grant Access" to authorize AccelerList. |
5. Verify Connection | You will be redirected back to AccelerList and should see a success message and your eBay username displayed. |
Step 2: Configure Your PayPal Email
This email is required by eBay's payment policies to finalize your settings.
Action | Instructions |
1. Go to eBay Settings | In AccelerList, navigate to Settings on the left sidebar and click the eBay tab in the Settings page. |
2. Enter PayPal Email | Find the field labeled "PayPal Email" and enter the email address linked to your PayPal account. |
3. Save | Click "Save" or "Update." You must see a confirmation message. |
ℹ️ Managed Payments Note: Even if you use eBay Managed Payments (most sellers do), this email is still required for policy configuration. Enter your PayPal email (or your primary eBay account email if you don't have PayPal).
Step 3: Select the AccelerList Default Policies
AccelerList automatically creates a set of validated policies. Selecting these is the fastest way to get listing.

Fulfillment | Shipping and handling time | Click the dropdown and select "AccelerList Fulfillment Policy." |
Payment | Accepted payment methods | Click the dropdown and select "AccelerList Payment Policy." |
Return | Return acceptance and duration | Click the dropdown and select "AccelerList Return Policy." |
💡 Tip: Wait for the "Updated successfully" message after selecting each policy before moving to the next.
Step 4: Select Your Merchant Location
This is your shipment origin address required by eBay for all listings.
Action | Instructions |
1. Find the Location Field | In the same Settings > eBay Settings area, find the "Merchant Location" dropdown. |
2. Select Default Location | Select the automatically created location, usually named "AccelerList-Warehouse-1." |
3. Save | Wait for the "Updated successfully" confirmation. |
Create Your First eBay Listing
Congratulations! Your setup is complete. Test it out with one product.
Go to your AccelerList Inventory.
Find an item and click the eBay icon or "List on eBay."
Review the listing details (Title, Price, Category).
Click "Publish to eBay" or "Create Listing."
You should see a "Listing created successfully on eBay" confirmation message. If you see an error, please refer to Article 3: Troubleshooting & FAQ.
