MF Listings Show “Missing Offer” After Submission — Is This Normal?

Updated over 2 months ago

When submitting Merchant Fulfilled (MF) batches in AccelerList, it’s common for listings to appear in Amazon Seller Central within a few minutes but temporarily show mixed statuses—some Active and others marked as Missing Offer.

This is expected behavior and happens because Amazon processes new listings and offer creation in stages across multiple systems.

What You’ll See

After submitting an MF batch:

• Listings usually appear in Seller Central within ~5 minutes
• Some may initially say Missing Offer
• Within another 5–10 minutes, the remaining listings typically switch to Active

No action is needed during this short processing window.

How to Check Status in AccelerList

You can monitor the progress directly inside your batch:

  1. Open your MF batch in AccelerList

  2. Go to the Feed tab

  3. Click Check Inventory

  4. Review each item’s status and messages from Amazon

This lets you confirm whether Amazon is still processing the offers or if any errors were returned.

What To Do

If you notice some MF listings marked as Missing Offer:

  1. Wait 10–15 minutes after submission

  2. Refresh Amazon Seller Central

  3. Check the Check Inventory tab inside your batch

  4. Confirm listings eventually become Active

Most cases resolve automatically once Amazon finishes processing the batch.

Why This Happens

Amazon does not activate all offers instantly. During MF batch submission, listings are created first, and pricing/offer data finishes syncing shortly after. Until that process completes, Amazon may briefly display Missing Offer.
