Where to Change the Box Contents Submission Method
Go to:
Settings → FBA → Box Contents
Here you will find:
Default Box Dimensions (L x W x H) – used to pre-fill box sizes when creating shipments

👉 Select your preferred method from the dropdown and it will be used for your FBA shipments.
How It Works
The selected method in Settings becomes your default for new FBA batches
When working on a batch, the system will follow the method you selected here
Can You Change It in an Existing Batch?
You can only change the method before creating an inbound plan. You can do this under the Workflow tab
Once an inbound plan has been created, the method is locked and can no longer be changed
Quick Reminder ✅
Set your preferred method in Settings → FBA → Box Contents
It will apply to your shipments moving forward
