Amazon requires a delivery window when using certain shipping methods. Here’s how it works.
When Is a Delivery Window Required?
Inside AccelerList, you’ll only be asked to provide a delivery window when using a non-partnered carrier.
Why Is This Required?
Partnered Carrier (Amazon Partnered Shipping)
When you use an Amazon partnered carrier, you purchase the label directly through Amazon.
👉 Amazon already has accurate tracking and delivery estimates, so no delivery window is needed.Non-Partnered Carrier
When you use your own carrier, Amazon has limited visibility into the shipment.
👉 Because of this, you must provide a delivery window manually.
Additional Requirement
If you’re using a non-partnered carrier, you will also need to:
Provide a tracking number in AccelerList
