This guide explains how to download and print your Amazon FBA shipping labels directly from Seller Central if you are having issues printing the labels within AccelerList.
This is especially helpful when:
labels print too small
labels print sideways
extra blank pages appear
or shipment label formatting is incorrect.
📦 Step 1: Open Your Batch in AccelerList
Go to your batch inside AccelerList.
Once your shipment has already been created:
open the batch
locate the shipment section.
🔗 Step 2: Click “View on Seller Central”
Inside your batch, click:
View on Seller Central
This will open the shipment directly inside your Amazon Seller Central account.
📋 Step 3: Open the Shipment
Once inside Seller Central:
Go to the shipment page
Locate your shipment name
Example:
FBA STA (05/22/2026 17:16)-PBI3
Click the shipment name.
📦 Step 4: Go to Step 3 of the Shipment Workflow
After opening the shipment:
Look for:
Step 3
Then click:
View
under the shipment step section.

You should now see the shipping label section.
Click:

Download
to open the shipping label PDF.
⚙️ Step 6: Choose the Correct Print Settings
Before printing, make sure the correct label format is selected.
For thermal printers:

This is very important because incorrect paper settings may cause:
tiny labels
sideways labels
blank labels
or incorrect formatting.

download the shipping labels directly from Seller Central instead
then print using the proper thermal printer settings.
