How Price Guardrails Work with Amazon Competitive Pricing

Learn how your Min and Max Price settings interact with Amazon's marketplace pricing and competitive offers.

AccelerList uses marketplace pricing information to help determine a competitive listing price. However, your Min and Max Price settings always act as protective boundaries around that calculated price.

Example

Amazon's competitive price: $5.50

Your Minimum Price: $8.99

Although the marketplace suggests a lower price, AccelerList will not list below your configured minimum.

Likewise:

Amazon's competitive price: $285.00

Your Maximum Price: $175.00

AccelerList will cap the listing at your configured maximum.

Why Guardrails Matter

Market prices can fluctuate significantly. Price guardrails help ensure your listings remain within the pricing limits you've chosen while still allowing AccelerList to use competitive market data whenever possible.
