📦 How to Check Order Source & Fulfillment in Seller Central

Learn how to quickly identify where an order came from and whether it was fulfilled by Amazon (FBA) or Merchant (MF) in Seller Central.

There may be times when you need to look into an order from your Amazon account—whether to check where it came from or how it was fulfilled.

For example, you might want to confirm:

  • If the order is Merchant Fulfilled (MF) or FBA

  • Which sales channel it came from (Amazon, eBay, etc.)

  • Additional order details like buyer info, SKU, and fulfillment method


✅ How to Check Order Details

  1. Go to Orders in Seller Central

  2. Click Manage Orders

  3. Locate the order you want to review

  4. Click the Order ID to open full details

📌 What to Look For

Inside the order details, you’ll see:

  • Fulfillment Method (Amazon = FBA, Merchant = MF)

  • Sales Channel (Amazon, Non-Amazon, etc.)
