There may be times when you need to look into an order from your Amazon account—whether to check where it came from or how it was fulfilled.
For example, you might want to confirm:
If the order is Merchant Fulfilled (MF) or FBA
Which sales channel it came from (Amazon, eBay, etc.)
Additional order details like buyer info, SKU, and fulfillment method
✅ How to Check Order Details
Go to Orders in Seller Central
Click Manage Orders
Locate the order you want to review
Click the Order ID to open full details
📌 What to Look For
Inside the order details, you’ll see:
Fulfillment Method (Amazon = FBA, Merchant = MF)
Sales Channel (Amazon, Non-Amazon, etc.)
Seller Order ID and item details
This page gives you a clear view of how the order was processed and where it originated, helping you better manage and fulfill your orders.
