We are currently unable to access Ancestry profile photos for Family History Projects. Our team is working on a fix, and we appreciate your patience.
In the meantime, you can manually add your Ancestry.com photos to your project. For step-by-step instructions, please see this article.
If you prefer not to add photos manually, we recommend waiting to create a new project until the issue is resolved.
