Custom Prints and Books:
We want you to love your MyCanvas products as much as we do! However, as a small business, please understand that we cannot process refunds or returns custom products.
Display Products:
We do accept returns on display items in new/unused condition. Please email us so we can issue a return authorization before you ship back the product. Your refund or store credit will be processed when the return is received. Original shipping fees are nonrefundable.
Errors and Damages:
We will issue an exchange or refund if your order is damaged in transit, has a printing error, or contains a defective display item. Please contact us and provide your order number along with a photo of the issue, so we can make it right.
