Returns & Quality Guarantee

At MyCanvas, we take pride in creating personalized products you’ll treasure for years to come. Because each item is custom-made, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for customer-created content, inaccurate data, design choices, or ordering errors. Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing their project for accuracy and completeness prior to submitting their order. Orders are printed exactly as submitted.

Our goal is to ensure you receive a product that meets our quality standards, and we’ll work with you to find a fair resolution should an issue arise. If your order arrives damaged in transit or contains a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at help@mycanvas.com. Please include your order number and photos of the issue so our team can review it.

For orders damaged during transit, we require:

• A clear photo of the entire outer packaging, even if no damage is visible

• A clear photo of all inner packaging materials (tube, pouch, fascia board, etc.)

• Clear photos of all damaged products, showing the entire product rather than only the affected area

We evaluate all reported issues based on our quality standards and normal manufacturing tolerances. As with all custom-printed products, minor variations in trimming, binding, color, and other production characteristics may occur and do not necessarily constitute a defect.

If we determine that a product contains a manufacturing defect or was damaged during transit, we may offer a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or refund. In some cases, we may request the return of the affected item before issuing a resolution.

Requests submitted after 30 days from delivery are not eligible for refunds, replacements, or credits, as we are unable to verify or evaluate product condition beyond this timeframe.

Display Products

We do accept returns of display items that are in new, unused condition and returned in their original packaging.

Please contact us before returning any item so we can issue a return authorization. Returns received without prior authorization may be delayed or refused.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or store credit. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
