Customs fees and import duties can be common on international purchases. We don't cover them in our shipping costs because it's up to the discretion of your country whether you're charged or not. Customers are responsible for any import fees or customs duties on international orders.

Be sure to check your tracking number if your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery time. The post office may be holding onto your order until the import duty is paid.
