"Exception" order status indicates that our system has put a brief hiatus on processing your order and will resume at a later time. There are multiple causes for this, including: your order is particularly large or contains many photos/data. The MyCanvas team will ensure your order is processed as soon as possible and that you receive your order within the shipping timeframe selected.
You will receive an order confirmation once the order has been processed. At this time, you will be able to share your project, create a copy of your project, or reorder within your MyCanvas account.
