Once a customer completes a purchase, the corresponding order details are saved in an order.
Choosing what information to save in your orders
To display a question and its answer in the order sheet:
Open your product.
From the left side panel, open the question.
From the right side panel, click on the settings icon.
Activate the Show in order sheet toggle.
Production code
A production code will be displayed in the order sheet instead of the customer facing name. For example, for a Shirt Color question, you might have a customer facing answer called Ocean Blue but you might want to enter a production code such as 16-5119 TPX instead of Ocean Blue, for production purposes.
To specify a production code:
Open your product.
From the left side panel, open the question.
From the right side panel, click on the settings icon.
Activate the Show in order sheet toggle.
Check the Production code checkbox.
Enter your production code.
