If subtitles are not working for a show in My Drama Mobile App, try the following steps:
Open your Profile, go to the Language tab, and select your preferred subtitle language from the list. Then return to watching your series or movie. The audio will remain in the original language; only the subtitles will change.
Ensure you have a stable internet connection, as poor connectivity may cause subtitle loading issues.
If you are using Android, you can also try clearing the app cache, updating the app, restarting, or reinstalling it.
If subtitles are still missing after these steps, it may be because the content has not yet been fully translated into your preferred language. In many cases, only English subtitles are available at first, and translations for other languages are added as they are completed.
