The app does not require a constant internet connection. For most features, it’s enough if your smartphone is occasionally online.
However, certain functions do require an active connection:
(iOS only) Autoregulation during your workout
Downloading the app
Creating or logging into your account
Updating your training profile
Changing training settings
Swapping exercises
Completing a training week
Automatic nutrition adjustments
Using the in-app support chat
