How to Integrate SureDone with your myFitment Account:
Contact SureDone customer support (for more information, refer to the SureDone Requesting sFTP protocol-enabled access help article) to obtain a set of secure credentials for sFTP protocol-enabled access.
Once you have the credentials, go to Profile > My Connections and click “New connection”
In the Connection Type drop-down, select “SureDone”. Enter your sFTP credentials and click Create Connection.
Trouble Shooting
You may find that the connection is broken. If you do, the fix is easy. Please navigate back to your Connections and click the pen and paper icon to edit the broken connection.
For the connection type, select Other. This will allow you to edit the target directory.
For the Target Directory, you'll want to add 'ftp/' in front of 'myfitment' so you're left with 'ftp/myfitment'. Once you have this set, click Update Connection.
You should now see the connection is the Working with the target directory being ftp/myfitment.
MyFitment Fitment Update
This will update existing product with a matching "guid":
ebayepid
Optionally, you may chose to map to a field other than "ebayepid" via the Fitment Field setting
Optionally, you may chose to use "ebaysku" as the identifier via the Match Identifier setting
Runs once every 4 hours and 5 minutes past the hour.
How to send fitment to SureDone
To send all existing fitment data already associated with your eBay and myFitment account to SureDone, click Listings Opportunities > View.
We'll have to setup our Listing Platform. Click the "Publish Fitments" drop-down and click Edit under "Listing Platform"
Now select SureDone in the Listing platform field and ensure that your plan is still Fitment Plus VIP - $0.00. Finally, click Update Subscription.
Now that our listing platform is configured, we can navigate back to the Listing Opportunities page
Choose which listings you'd like to add fitment to; either listings with or without fitment already or a different subset of listings you can configure by expanding the Advanced Filters.
Choosing Append as your publish type will preserve your current fitment and add any additional fitment our catalog has.
Choosing Replace as your publish type will overwrite your current fitment with exactly what our catalog has for a given part.
SureDone should be ready and waiting for these exports just as soon as they transmit through. To inspect what was sent, you can see reports in myFitment > Reports.
