1. Go to the customer's reservation from the side menu by clicking on “Sales” and then “Reservations”.
2. Select the customer's booking. You will be able to filter by name, experience, telephone and other data to speed up the process.
3. Within the booking summary click on the button “Actions on the booking” and then “Send email”.
4. The client's email will appear, from here you can fill in the subject, the header and the body of the message. Once filled in, click on “send”.
