Within the details of each experience, you’ll find the "Communications" tab. In this section, you can see all the automatic notifications sent to your contacts based on their actions or the milestones of the experience.
The communications are divided into two main categories:
Registrations

1. Communications related to registrations
These notifications ensure travelers can register, manage their accounts, and share their experiences with others:
Account activation:
When a customer creates a new account in your system, they receive an activation email to confirm their registration.
Frequency: Once, when the account is created.Reset password:
If the customer requests a password change, they receive an email with instructions to reset it.
