New Feature Highlights
Receiving Verification for Product Physical Attributes
We have introduced a robust new verification layer within the receiving process to ensure the accuracy of product master data from the moment it enters the warehouse.
Administrators can now mandate checks for dimensions, weight, and volume, choosing to either warn operators or strictly prevent receiving if data is missing.
With a customizable "Pack Type Verification Scope," operations can target specific pack type levels for verification.
Furthermore, authorized mobile users can now seamlessly update missing attributes on the fly, keeping downstream processes uninterrupted. (35273)
Please check this knowledge base article collection to find more detail about how to configure & utilize this new feature.
Enforce Suggested Locations for Mobile Directed Putaway
We have introduced a new configuration option called “Enforce Suggested Locations” to control whether system-suggested locations must be strictly followed during mobile directed putaway.
This configuration is defined at the putaway algorithm level. When enabled, the mobile directed putaway screen enforces validation logic that prevents operators from scanning arbitrary locations or LPs that do not comply with the suggested target. When disabled, the suggested location is still provided as guidance, but users may scan any valid location or LP without strict enforcement. (47035, 47041)

Post-Picking UCC Label Generation
We’ve introduced a Post-Picking UCC Label Generation workflow to streamline high-volume B2B and Wholesale orders. This update allows pickers to focus entirely on picking items without the distraction of managing pre-printed labels or performing UCC scans in the aisles. By centralizing label generation at a dedicated workstation after picking is complete, you can automate label quantities based on retailer requirements, significantly reducing mislabeling errors and operational friction.

New Carrier Integration: Shippo
We are excited to announce a brand-new partner integration with Shippo, now available directly on your shipping page. This connection streamlines your shipment process by allowing you to create shipping labels through Shippo without leaving our platform.
Key Features:
Real-Time Rating: Get accurate shipping rates instantly.
Label Creation: Generate and print shipping labels seamlessly.
Label Voiding: Cancel shipments and void labels directly through the interface.
**Note: End of Day (manifest) reporting is not currently supported for this integration but is being evaluated for future updates.
Label Image Capture for Packing Lists
We’ve introduced a new configuration option to give you more flexibility in your packing list designs. A new toggle, "Capture Label Images for Packing List," is now available under the Client Data Setup menu.
When enabled, the system will automatically capture and store label images, allowing you to incorporate them directly into your custom packing list templates.
Highlights:
Integrated Design: Seamlessly include shipping or return labels on your packing slips.
Dual Support: This feature captures images for both outbound shipping labels and return labels.
Flexible Setup: Easily toggle this data capture on or off based on your specific document requirements.
⚠️ Important Considerations:
Format Requirement: Currently, this feature is only supported for carriers configured with the PDF label format. We are actively working to expand support for additional formats in future updates.
Performance Impact: Enabling this toggle adds a storage step to the shipping workflow, which may slightly increase the overall label generation lead time.
Integrated Return Label Generation
We have streamlined the return process for high-volume shipping by allowing return labels to be generated simultaneously with outbound shipping labels. This update is specifically designed to speed up the packing station workflow.
Supported Carriers:
UPS
FedEx
Stamps
Easypost
What’s New?
Under the Advanced Tab in the carrier setup for the providers listed above, you will find a new section: "Return Label Settings." By enabling the toggle "Generate Return Label with shipping label," the system will automatically trigger a secondary request to the carrier to fetch a return label at the same time the outbound label is created. Both labels will print together at the packing station, allowing your team to include return documentation inside the box immediately.
Configuration Requirements:
To ensure the return label is generated correctly even when order data is incomplete, two mandatory fields must be defined when this toggle is enabled:
Default Shipment Method: The service level to be used for the return.
Default Return Address: The destination where the returned goods should be sent.
**Note: These defaults will be utilized if the specific shipment order does not already have a return method or address assigned.
⚠️ Important Considerations:
Packing Station Only: This automated dual-printing feature currently functions exclusively at the Packing Station.
Performance Impact: Since the system sends an additional request for the return label, please account for a brief additional processing time during the "Print" command to accommodate the second label fetch.
