Creating product groups, which are broader than product types, can help further organize your products and aid in better managing your warehouse. Unlike pack types and product types, there are no system defaults for product groups. This document will walk you through the quick and easy process.
Step-by-Step Guide
To begin, navigate to the Data Setup screen.
Select Product Group from the left sidebar.
Click the Create New Product Group button.
You can Update or Delete an existing product group from the same screen.
Enter a name in the Product Group field.
Some examples for product groups for a clothing warehouse would be Men, Women, or Unisex clothing.
Click the Save button at the bottom of the screen to finalize the creation process.
