Offers are sent from hosts to guests when a host wishes to accept a request to stay at their place. The offer allows the host to confirm exchange types and rates (when needed) for the requested dates.
After an offer is sent, hosts should immediately follow-up with a message to the guest that outlines any agreements and steps required by the host to confirm the stay.
For example: Payment terms & methods, cancellation, and damages policies (if any).
Stays are not confirmed until both parties agree on the offer, and the host marks the stay as confirmed in the app. Offers are valid for 48 hours.
