Connecting Your Account

Step-by-step process on how to connect Amazon account to MRP platform

Welcome! To start utilizing My Real Profit, you need to connect our platform to your Amazon account. As My Real Profit is an authorized developer, the process is quick and easy. Before we start, here are a few things you need to know:

  • If you do not have a Professional Seller account with Amazon, you will not be able to connect your Amazon account to the My Real Profit platform.

  • My Real Profit does not support 1P Vendor Central.

Permissions

If you are not the account owner, make sure you have the following two permissions:

  • "Selling Partner Appstore" - View & Edit

  • "Campaign Manager" - View & Edit

If you are missing any of these permissions, please connect with the Amazon account owner and send them the guide provided below:

  1. Log in to Seller Central.

  2. In the top right corner, click on the "Settings" icon.

  3. Go to the "User Permissions" page.

  4. Once you enter the page, you will see the list of all emails that have access to Seller Central.

  5. Find the needed email account and click "Manage User Permissions" next to their email.

  6. Find the permission called "Selling Partner Appstore" and check the box for View & Edit.

  7. Find the permission called "Campaign Manager" and check the box for View & Edit.

  8. Scroll down and click "Save."

Done! Please inform your team member that the permissions have been provided.

If you already have the needed permissions, please move forward with this guide.

Seller Account Connection

Once you sign up on MRP (shortened version of My Real Profit), you will find a purple button to connect your Amazon account to MRP.

Before clicking on it, make sure you are logged in to the correct Amazon account and country in a different tab of the same browser.

Once you made sure you are logged in to correct account, please click on button
"Connect Amazon Account" and select the needed region:

If you are not sure which region to pick, use the table below.

Ireland, Spain, UK, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, Italy, Sweden, South Africa, Poland, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, India

Once you select the region, click "Connect." It will navigate you to Seller Central.

You need to put a checkmark and click "Confirm."

After clicking the "Confirm" button, the system will navigate you back to the MRP platform and ask you to enter the name of the account you have connected. This can be any name that will be used as your "Account name" on our platform.

Troubleshooting:

- If you faced an issue on this step please try again using incognito mode

- If incognito mode didn't help, please verify your permissions (as described in section above: "Permissions"

Advertising Account Connection

Once the Seller Account is connected, you now need to connect your Advertising (Campaign Manager) account.

Amazon Advertising is a separate platform with an additional API connection. In order to use our software properly, you need to connect both accounts.

Skip the Advertising API connection only if you are not running ads on Amazon.

After clicking on "Connect," it will navigate you to Amazon to confirm that you "Allow" us to access your Advertising account.

Click the "Allow" button.
