When you connect your seller account to My Real Profit, the system will automatically pull data for the current and previous months by default.
For example, if you connect your account on September 15th, the system will download data starting from August 1st.
How far back can you go?
Once you switch to a paid plan, the MRP team can pull additional historical data for your account. The maximum historical data request is 24 months back from the current date. However, typically the data starts from January of two years ago.
For example:
In 2026, we can pull data back to January 2024.
In 2027, we can pull data back to January 2025.
Historical PPC data
The only reporting that cannot be pulled from the API is advertising data.
Amazon allows My Real Profit to access only the previous 60 days of advertising data.
However, MRP offers a solution: to ensure your profit reporting is accurate for historical periods, you can send us historical advertising data from previous tools you used or from your internal reporting. (If you don't have any data sources, read below.)
Uploading Historical PPC Data
You can request uploading historical advertising data. Both daily and monthly data are supported, at either the ASIN level or account level.
Instructions
Download template.
Fill in all available fields in the template.
Save a separate file for each seller/account.
Name each file using the seller name.
Leave fields blank if the data is unavailable.
Each row must contain at least:
COST (PPC Spend), or
SALES (PPC Sales)
Enter Spend and Sales as numbers only (no currency symbols).
Save the completed file in .csv format and send it to support@myrealprofit.com .

Important Note
If the file contains account-level data only (without ASINs), advertising costs and sales will only be visible at the account level and will not be reflected in historical ASIN profit calculations.
Historical PPC data using Campaign Manager
If you don’t have historical data from previous tools or internal reporting, you can still export it from Campaign Manager using the instruction attached below.
Warning: This data will only be available at the account level by month. This means if you want to check your historical profit by ASIN, the historical data will not include advertising costs, which may lead to profit discrepancies.
