My Data Is Not Loading

This issue might occur for only a few reasons, and you can help us fix it!

In 95% of cases, the problem is that My Real Profit has lost access to your seller API token, and you need to refresh it.

Here is a step-by-step guide to fix it:

  1. Find the account in the list that has stopped pulling data.

    • If Advertising data stopped populating, click on the "Refresh" button next to the Advertising account.

    • If Sales data stopped populating, click on the "Refresh" button next to the seller account.

  2. Warning: Before refreshing the seller account, open Seller Central in a separate tab and ensure you are logged in to the same seller account you are about to renew.

Once this is done, please inform the MRP support team that you have refreshed the token. Wait approximately 3 hours to see if the data starts populating.

The time required for data to load may vary depending on your account size. The key is to check for a shift in data before and after refreshing the account.

If nothing changes after 3 hours, contact the support team, and they will assist you with your request.

Please note that if this happens late at night or during the weekend, the team might not reply instantly but will address your request as soon as possible.
