How to Export Data from MRP

How to export data from MRP reports, which reports support export, and what to use instead of the Profit Dashboard for data exports.

Almost all reports in MRP can be exported. The only exception is the Profit Dashboard, which does not have an export option.

Profit Dashboard Alternative

If you need to export the data you see on the Profit Dashboard, use one of these reports instead:

  • Day-to-Day — provides the same core metrics at a daily level and can be fully exported

  • Profit and Loss — available in both detailed by day and overview by day views, and fully exportable

Exporting Advanced Reports

For all advanced reports (P&L, Day-to-Day, Market Share and Funnel, LTV & Subscriptions, Advertising Analytics, and Advanced FBA Inventory), the export option is in the top right corner of the report. Click the three dots icon, then click Export data. You will see two options:

  • Summarized data exports the aggregated values exactly as software has calculated them to render the visual — the numbers you see on screen, in a clean flat CSV. All filters, measures, and aggregations are already applied. Best for sharing the data as-is or importing into Excel for further work.

  • Data with current layout exports the data preserving the visual's structure — column order, hierarchy levels, groupings, and any nested rows or column arrangements as they appear on screen. The data is the same but the format mirrors what the report looks like visually. Best when you need the export to match the report layout exactly, for example when building a client-facing spreadsheet that should look like the report.

Practical rule of thumb:

  • Use Summarized data if you want clean flat data to analyze in Excel or another tool

  • Use Data with current layout if you want the export to look exactly like the report as presented

Exporting Core Tools

The following tools have a simple Export to CSV button:

  • Profit Calculator

  • FBA Inventory

  • Traffic Analytics
