We will take around 3-5 working days to update your payment. This is only applicable if you have an existing active service customer.
Tips: Electronic and online GIRO applications are much faster than paper applications.
For non-DBS/ POSB customers
You may download and fill in our paper GIRO Application Form. A copy of the form can be found here.
All shaded fields are mandatory. Incomplete forms will not be processed.
Do note that only original signed forms are accepted by the bank for GIRO applications. Please mail the original GIRO form to our office address listed below and allow 6 to 8 weeks for the bank to process the application.
Please ensure that you have filled in all fields in the GIRO form accurately.
Tips: Your billing account number (Cxxxxxx or RAxxxxxx) can be found in your invoices, on the top right corner. For transfer of ownership for Fibre service, the billing account number will remain unchanged.
