Accessing your subscription details
1. On your homepage, click on the profile icon on the top-right corner and click the "Settings" button

2. Then go to the 'Plans and Billing' page and click the 'Current Plan' button on your active subscription.
From this page, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan, cancel your subscription, or view your invoices.
Upgrade Your Plan
1. On your homepage, click your profile image icon located in the top right corner.
2. Select the "Settings" option and then your account's Plan and Billing section.

3. To upgrade, click the button corresponding to the plan you want to switch to. If you'd like to review the details and benefits of each plan, visit the pricing page.

For example, if you're currently on the Free plan, you can choose to upgrade to Pro or Premium.
4. This will open a new window where you can explore options and complete the upgrade.
5. You will be redirected to a window displaying the proration details, including any credits and payment adjustments. Review the information carefully, then confirm your choice by clicking "Yes, switch plan".
๐๏ธ The changes when upgrading a plan will take effect immediately and payment will be processed after confirmation to switch.
Downgrade Your Plan
1. On your homepage, click your profile image icon located in the top right corner.
2. Select the "Settings" option and then your account's Plan and Billing section.

3. To downgrade, click the button corresponding to the plan you want to switch to.

For example, if you're currently on the Premium plan, you can choose to downgrade to Pro or Basic.
4. Click on the button Switch Plan.
5. A confirmation pop-up will appear with the proration details of credits and payment. Verify the information and click on the button "Yes, switch plan". The changes will take effect immediately.
๐๏ธ The changes when downgrading a plan will take effect at the beginning of your next billing cycle.
Cancel Your Subscription
1. On your homepage, click your profile image icon located in the top right corner.
2. Select the "Settings" button and then go to "Plans and Billings".
3. Click the "Current Plan" button to access your current plan details
4. Next, select the "Cancel Plan" button. A confirmation window will appearโclick "Cancel Plan" again to confirm your cancellation.
๐๏ธ Your subscription will end at the next renewal date. After confirming, you will be redirected back to the Stripe page, where you can see the cancellation date. Unused credits will have unlimited rollover.
