Managing and Accessing your Subscription Plan

Accessing your subscription details

1. On your homepage, click on the profile icon on the top-right corner and click the "Settings" button

2. Then go to the 'Manage Subscription' page on your active subscription.

From this page, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan, cancel your subscription, or view your invoices.


Upgrade Your Plan


To upgrade, click the button corresponding to the plan you want to switch to, the benefits of each plan are indicated on each plan. You also have an option to be billed monthly or yearly.

You will be redirected to a window displaying the proration details, including any credits and payment adjustments. Review the information carefully, then confirm your choice by clicking "Subscribe".

🛎️ The changes when upgrading a plan will take effect immediately and payment will be processed after confirmation to switch.


Downgrade Your Plan


To downgrade, click the button corresponding to the plan you want to switch to.

Click on the button Downgrade button. A confirmation pop-up will appear with the proration details of credits and payment. Verify the information and click on the button "Yes, switch plan". The changes will take effect immediately.

🛎️ The changes when downgrading a plan will take effect at the beginning of your next billing cycle.


Cancel Your Subscription


To Cancel your Subscription. Click on the "Mange Billing" button.


A confirmation window will appear—click "Cancel Plan" again to confirm your cancellation.
