What's New in Trev | October 2026

Written by Sarah Tremaine

We've been busy making improvements to Trev, with new features and updates designed to make managing your farm data, reporting and day-to-day tasks even easier.

Here's a look at what's new in Trev.

More flexibility with Dashboard Builder charts

We've introduced more ways to customise how your farm data is displayed in Dashboard Builder.

You can now:

  • Choose how your data is plotted: View charts by Report, Month or Season.

  • Compare different periods: Select how many reporting periods you'd like to display, making it easier to compare performance across seasons.

  • Customise your chart axes: Choose whether individual metrics appear on the left or right axis.

  • Keep your preferred colours: Assign colours to individual metrics for more consistent visualisations.

These options are currently available for single-farm chart tiles. Multi-farm charts continue to display data by report.

Introducing tables in Dashboard Builder

Prefer viewing your data in a table rather than a chart?

You can now add table visualisations to your dashboards, giving you another way to view and compare farm performance.

  • Single-farm dashboards: View data organised by date.

  • Multi-farm dashboards: Compare farm data side by side, with each farm displayed in its own column.

Give your land use areas a name

You can now assign an optional name to land use areas, making it easier to identify and manage different areas of your farm.

For example, you might name an area Back Block Turnips rather than relying solely on its paddock reference.

Your land use area names will appear in:

  • Paddock events

  • Calendar

  • Land use area details

  • Paddock Info exports

Improved Rotation Planner notifications

We've made an improvement to the Rotation Planner to help keep your grazing projections accurate.

If new land exclusions are added after you've saved a rotation plan, Trev will now display a badge letting you know.

You'll be prompted to save your plan again to ensure your projections reflect the updated grazing area.
