In order to link Trev with financial transactions (sales, purchases, inter-tracker transfers), you must assign sales and purchase accounts from your chart of accounts to the Figured tracker. Trackers created by Trev use single sale and purchase account mappings in Figured meaning you have one sales and purchase account for all your stock classes within that tracker.

Sale and Purchase accounts can only be assigned to one tracker within a single farm at a time. If an account is already mapped to another tracker it won’t be able to be selected in the account drop down.

Please note your Chart of Accounts is managed in Figured (and Xero) and only select accounts are visible (not created, removed or edited) within Trev.
