In most instances, the Trev support team will be your first port of call for any help regarding the Trev + Figured integration. This can be done by clicking the blue Intercom chat button at the bottom left of Trev.
Any questions relating to the Figured platform, including those relating to account code mapping and sale/purchase dollar values, should be raised with Figured. You can contact Figured via their green Intercom chat button at the bottom right.
