The new single farm and multi-farm Checklists dashboards provide a great way to understand performance and compliance at a quick glance.

Here's how to interact with the Checklist dashboard:

  1. Select the type of view:

    1. By Checklist over time

    2. By Farm over time

    3. By Checklist by Farm

  2. Use the filters to select the appropriate farm(s) and date range.

  3. Hover on over a data point to see more information, and click on a data point to see even more.

Your responses will be visualised by colour ratings in the following hierarchy:

  1. Red ('poor')

  2. Blue ('unsure')

  3. Amber ('ok')

  4. Green ('good')

  5. Grey ('not applicable')

  6. Grey outline (no data).

When aggregating multiple Checklist Items (e.g. for a Checklist Group or overall Farm) the above hierarchy will be followed such that if any Checklist Items with a particular rating is observed, this will determine the colour rating of the aggregated group.

Example

Example Description

Colour Rating

Example 1

A Checklist Group has 5 Checklist Items and 4 have a green (good) result and 1 has a red (poor) result.

The Checklist Group will take on a red colour rating because red is before green in the hierarchy.

Example 2

A Checklist Group has 5 Checklist Items and 1 has a green (good) result and 4 have a grey (not applicable) result.

The Checklist Group will take on a green colour rating because green is before grey in the hierarchy.

In addition, you’ll be able to see the Aggregated Score based on Response and its associated Rating Score, and the Checklist Item weighting. For more information on how Ratings, Scores and Weightings work click here.
