You can apply to become a tutor if you meet all of the following requirements:
You are 18 years old or older.
You are currently studying at a UK university or graduated from one of our eligible UK universities within the last 3 years.
You can view the full list of eligible universities here.
You achieved a grade B or above at A-level, or an equivalent qualification (such as Scottish Highers or another recognised equivalent).
You are eligible to work in the UK on a self-employed basis.
You live and work exclusively in the UK.
Tutors cannot work from outside the UK. This requirement helps MyTutor meet tax and compliance obligations and ensures the tutoring platform works reliably.
You agree to comply with MyTutor's platform policies.
