Push Notifications History

Easily resend past push notifications from NAPPS to maintain engagement and save time, ensuring consistency without extra effort.

We understand that it’s challenging to always be available to reinforce your customers’ engagement with your brand. To help manage this, NAPPS offers a convenient feature: in addition to scheduling notifications with the Business and Enterprise plans, you can also reuse and resend previously sent notifications.

To resend a notification, follow these simple steps:

  • Go to the Notifications section located on the left-hand side of your NAPPS dashboard.

  • Click on “List of Notifications” to access an overview of all the notifications you’ve sent.

  • From this list, you can preview each notification as it appears in the mobile app.

Beneath each notification, you’ll find two buttons:

  • “Reuse” – Click this button and confirm your action to resend the same notification.

  • “Hide” – Use this option to remove notifications from the visible list without deleting them.

Additionally, this section shows key information, such as the number of recipients and the date and time the notification was sent.

By reusing notifications effectively, you can save time while keeping your customers informed and engaged, ensuring your messages remain consistent and timely without extra effort.
