Posts sent for feedback or review ends up in the Collaborate page. On the left side of the page you will find all the posts awaiting feedback and/or review (if review flow is enabled), as well as those approved.

You can filter on each of them to see only posts of each filter type.

If you click on one of the posts in the list it will show you the preview in the middle of the screen.

The right side is where you can collaborate through either comments and/or suggestions. It’s a chat between you and one or many team members, depending on who’s been chosen to give feedback.

Choose comments if you just want to chat about the text and give commentary feedback (grey/blue bubbles). If you choose suggestion the whole text will be applied to your chat field, and you can do changes to the text directly. If your team member likes the suggestion they can, with the click of a button «Use idea», and apply the changes to their post.

If review flow is enabled you can still ask for feedback and collaborate on the post, but when you want to publish the post it is sent to your team leader or admin for approval. Once approved you can publish the post as normal.
