💡 To see the fueling info and add it to reports, you should first link the fuel cards with your system
To see all the fuel cards linked to your system, go to Settings -> Fuel cards
To manage the information of the fuel cards just click on the card number
📍 AUTOMATIC FUEL CARD LINKING
Olerex - the fuel card tracking function can be set up via self-service
Circle K - fill out and sign the contract to klienditeenindus@circlekeurope.com
Neste - download a CSV file of your refuelings in the self-service and import it into the Navirec solution
Alexela - send a request to the address anne-liis.luik@alexela.ee
💡 After you have linked the fuel cards with the system, you will receive the fueling information automatically
📍 MANUAL FUEL CARD LINKING
To add a new fuel card to your system, go to Settings -> Fuel Cards -> New Fuel Card
Add the correct card number
Choose the chain you are using
Link the fuel card with a driver and vehicle (linking the cards with drivers and vehicles is essential for collecting the information for reports)
Mark the card's expiration date
Activate/deactivate the card by clicking the "Active" box
"Save" your work
