Get started
Simply click the [Checkout] button to start the flow:
✅ Double-Check the Total
Check the item totals is correct and add a tip or a payment note as necessary. When you're ready, click [Continue] to proceed.
💸 Choose a Payment Method
Select how the client paid for their appointment.

Selecting [Other amount or payment type] will allow you to record a different payment method, record a split/partial payment or apply a gift voucher to the appointment.

📆 Send Receipts or Rebook a Future Appointment
Once the payment has been recorded, you will see a confirmation message on screen.
You can also choose to email the client their receipt, download it as a .PDF to print, and even book them in again for the same service(s) in the future.
⚙️ You won’t see the PDF download option unless you enable it first in Settings > PDF Receipts.
📨 Requesting an Online Payment
If you use Online Payments and want to request a payment from a client, simply click the three dots on the appointment page and select [Request Payment].
