Creating a New Package

Head to Sell > Catalogue > Packages and click [+ Add Your First Package] to begin:

💡For example - if a Facial service costs £30, you could offer a 'Package of 5 Facials' at a slight discount of £140 (instead of £150 if purchased individually).

When creating the package, you can customise how it appears on your website:

  • Name: The name publicly visible to your customers, e.g. "Facial Package (5 Sessions)".

  • Price: How much does the package cost to purchase?

  • Image: The image that will be displayed on your website for the voucher.

  • Group: The product group the voucher will appear in on your website. Leave this blank for the package to appear in the 'Packages' group.

You then need to select which services are applicable:

Finally, select how many appointments are included in this package and how long it will be valid for:

Once created, the package will be available for your clients to purchase on your website.

Activating a Package

A package only becomes active for a client to use when it is both:

  • Linked to a client

  • Paid in full

Please note: If the package has a validity period, it starts from the client’s first eligible appointment. For example, if a "Package of 5 Facials" is valid for 12 months and the first appointment is on 01/01/2025, the remaining 4 must be redeemed before 01/01/2026.

How Packages Apply to Bookings

Whether the client books the appointment themselves or a staff member books it on their behalf, the process is the same. If the service is included in the client’s package, the system will automatically apply it - showing a £0/€0 balance for that service at checkout.

The system will show this banner on the appointment page if the service is included in a package:
