To learn how to set up packages, check out: How to Set Up Packages.

Selling a Package

Packages can be sold via the timetable by an admin, or purchased online by a customer.

Admin Sale

If selling a package as an admin, navigate to the Timetable and click + Sell product or voucher.

Then, select your package from the list before settling the balance for the sale.

Please note that the package will not be activated until it is been linked to a client record and paid for in full.

End client sale

Your clients can also purchase packages online, by navigating to the Packages section on your website:

And selecting the package they would like to purchase:

💡 To ensure customers can access their packages immediately, we strongly recommend enabling Online Payments and setting the Prepayment for product sales to "Required". This way, clients can pay upfront online - no need to visit your shop to complete the purchase!

What Clients See

When a client books an eligible service, it will show as £0 on the booking page with a note that it’s included in their package.

Clients will also see the number of appointments remaining on the booking confirmation screen

If a client would like to view the number of services remaining, they can find this by heading to the 'My Appointments' section of their account:

Viewing Sold Packages

Within Sell > Sales History > Packages, click [Sold Packages] to view the details of all purchases:

To view more information about a specific package, click View:

The pop-up window will display the package status, the number of remaining appointments, the expiry date, and the usage history to date:
