To sell gift vouchers, first upgrade to Inventory Management & Sales under Sell > Catalogue > Gift Vouchers.
We also strongly recommend enabling Online Payments and setting Payment method for product sales to Require an online payment to order so customers can purchase and receive vouchers online.
Head to Sell > Catalogue > Gift Vouchers and click [+ Add Your First Gift Voucher] to begin:
Adding a gift voucher
When creating a gift voucher, you can customise several key settings, including:
Name: The name publicly visible to your customers, e.g. "£20 Gift Voucher".
Redeemable value: How much can the customer spend with the gift voucher?
Sale price: How much does the gift voucher cost to purchase?
Image: The image that will be displayed on your website for the voucher.
Group: The product group the voucher will appear in on your website.
You can also set up rules such as:
Gift voucher is one use only: Tick to make it single-use regardless of any remaining value.
Gift voucher expires after: The number of days the voucher expires after.
Once created, live vouchers are viewable to customers on your website's Products page:
