To sell gift vouchers, you will need to enable Product Sales by upgrading to Inventory Management & Sales within Sell > Catalogue > Gift Vouchers if you have not yet done so.
We strongly recommend registering for Online Payments and configuring Payment method for product sales = Require an online payment to order so that customers can pay online and receive gift vouchers without coming into the shop.
Within Sell > Catalogue > Gift Vouchers, click [+ Add Your First Gift Voucher] to begin:
Enter a name (e.g. '£10 Gift Voucher'), price, and optionally upload an image and add a description to display to customers.
Show publicly to customers: Tick to make it viewable to customers for purchase.
Gift voucher is one use only: Tick to make it single-use regardless of any remaining value.
Live vouchers are viewable to customers on your website's Products page:
