When a customer logs in to your booking system, they will see the times that each staff member works in the booking diary, clearly described as ‘Walk-ins only’.
E.g. “Kelly; Walk-ins only; 10:00-18:00.”
1) Go to Settings -> Staff Rota.
2) Find the correct team member and click on a day that you want to change. Click More to show future dates.
3) At the top, select ‘Available To Walk-Ins’.
4) Set your desired working times and repeat options.
No repeat if the change is a one-off for that day.
Repeat weekly if the change should be made permanently every week, starting on the date that you selected.
Repeat fortnightly if the change is for every other week, starting on the date that you selected.
5) Preview New Timetable and click Save.
Tip: You can still book in manual appointments on days that are set to ‘Walk-ins only’. Just go to your Timetable and click on the relevant time slot to book customers in.
