When adding or editing a staff login within Settings > Barber/Therapist Logins, you can restrict access to specific areas of the system.

Allow access to specific shops
You can restrict access to a single shop if you have multiple (see this article about managing staff logins with multiple shops):
You can also use the shop restriction to prevent shop admins from accessing global settings such as Online Payments while enabling them access to other admin functions.
Restrict timetable access to specific staff members
If you want them to be able to view only their own timetable, select them in the drop-down to restrict timetable access to one barber:

Tick boxes to allow the staff member access to other specific functions as required:

Show financial totals on the timetable
Tick this box to allow the staff member access to the financial totals in the timetable:
Show phone number and email address when viewing customer accounts
Tick this box to allow the staff member to view the customer's phone number and email address on their customer profile:
Cancel appointments, issue refunds for card payments & block days
Tick this box to allow the staff member to issue refunds for online card payments, and block full days in calendars they have access to.
