Within Settings -> My Business, click the bell icon against the barber/therapist to edit their notification settings:
NOTE: To minimise your SMS message costs, text notifications are only sent when the appointment is on the same day.
The contacts in the drop-down list come from Settings -> Barber/Therapist Logins. To add a staff login so they populate in the drop-down, read this article.
If you are not receiving email notifications despite the correct setup:
Double-check the email address for your login is correct.
Check your spam/junk folder. If not there, it may be blocked by your email provider - please contact us for whitelisting advice.
