How to disable online booking

Stop customers from booking online for a shop or staff member.

Disable for a shop

Within Settings > My Business, edit the shop and set the Number of weeks displayed in the customer calendar = 0 to stop customers from booking online:

We recommend informing customers by adding a Homepage pop-up message within Settings > General and clicking [Save] at the bottom of the page once done:

A visitor will see the pop-up when landing on your homepage (unless you have your own custom website):

Disable for a staff member

If you want to apply this to a staff record while others allow online booking, within Settings > My Business, toggle all of their services from Online to Internal:

This effectively hides them from online booking.
