There are several reasons why your code might not be valid. Here are the steps to follow:

1- You are not at a partner station (Most common)

The first thing to do is to make sure that you are at a partner station. See if your position in the app is at a partner station:

Despite what we might think, it's not because you buy a code in a branch (Ex: Shell) it mean that the code is valid everywhere. It depends if the car wash is part of a network or is independent. So even if a banner is available, it should not be taken for granted that a station is available. Please make sure your station is available before to drive to.

If you try to buy a wash code and you are not there, we show the following alert:

Car wash codes are not refundable. However, you can use the wash code at another time. You can find your washing code via the History page (From the menu at the top left).


2- You are at a partner station and it still does not work

If you are at a partner station and the code does not work and it says: Code too short it is probably due to the fact that the station servers are not synchronized. It may take a few hours before it becomes operational again.

In any case, if you are at a partner station and the code is not working, please contact customer support indicating what is not working and which station you are. Our team will investigate the problem quickly.
