How to trigger instant calls directly through GoHighLevel CRM

This tutorial will show you how to trigger single phone calls instantly within a GoHighLevel Automation Flow using the native plugin available in the GoHighLevel Marketplace.

Key Steps:

  1. Ensure your Go-High-Level account is connected to the correct Nedzo AI Workspace.

  2. Go to Automations and create a new workflow.

  3. Click on the Actions button and search for "Start Call."

  4. Select the Action "Start Call."

  5. Confirm the NetZero workspace and choose the AI agent from the dropdown.

  6. Save the selection.

  7. Every time a contact is sent through this workflow, it will trigger an instant call.

Cautionary Notes:

  • The Start Call action is limited to one call per minute.

  • When sending bulk contacts, consider either dripping the calls or adding them to a list for a campaign in the Nedzo platform.

Tips for Efficiency:

  • Familiarize yourself with the available AI agents in the dropdown to select the right one quickly.

  • Consider adding additional triggers after the call, such as adding contacts to a list or campaign, to enhance automation capabilities.
