If I sign up for a plan, can I downgrade or upgrade?
Yes, you can downgrade or upgrade your current subscription at any time by login into your Nedzo app, clicking on your profile picture in the upper right-hand corner, selecting "Billing" and then "Plans".
How do you prorate the minutes?
Talk time minutes are prorated at the nearest second. E.g., if a call lasts for 42 seconds, only 42 seconds will be deducted from your monthly usage. We do not round up or down to the minute - instead, we round it down to the nearest second.
What level of support is included in your plans?
All plans include 24/7 chat support, email support (support@nedzo.ai), access to the Nedzo Academy, and weekly group support sessions (announced inside our community).
In addition to the above, the Agency Pro plan also includes priority support - meaning you'll get quick response times from our team, and the Agency VIP plan includes a dedicated Slack Support Channel, White glove onboarding, DWY account setup, and up to 2 screen-sharing support sessions per week.
Note:
All plans (except enterprise) work on a subscription basis - meaning, there is no minimum time commitment required or contract.
If you choose a monthly option, it will renew automatically every month until cancellation.
