You can cancel your subscription at any time by using our Billing page. You can find this by clicking on your avatar in the top right, and then selecting Billing.

Note: This is the only way to cancel your subscription. Signing out of your account doesn't cancel your account.

When Subscription Charges Stop

Once you cancel your subscription from your billing page, no further charges will occur.
If your current billing cycle hasn’t ended yet, you’ll still have access to Nedzo until the end of that cycle. After that, your subscription will automatically stop.

Cancelling During Your Billing Period

If you cancel your subscription, you’ll still have access until the cycle ends.
No further charges will be made after that.
Payments already made are not refundable, and there are no credits for unused time.
Once the billing period ends, your account will automatically close, and you won’t be charged for the next period.

How to Cancel Your Subscription (Step-by-step)

If you need to cancel your Nedzo subscription, the process is simple and can be done directly through your account settings. Follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Nedzo account.

  2. Click on your avatar.

  3. Click on Billing.

  4. Select the Payments tab.

  5. Select Cancel Subscription.

  6. Confirm your cancellation.

How can I cancel my subscription during the free trial?

If you’re currently on a trial, there’s no need to cancel it. We don’t collect any payment details, so no charges or invoices will ever be generated.
You can enjoy full access to your trial until it ends automatically.
If you’d like your data or account information removed at any time, just let us know and we’ll take care of it.

Can I resume my subscription after canceling?

Yes. Once you cancel your subscription, you can still log in to your Nedzo account anytime. To resume, simply select the plan you want and start a new subscription.

Your previous billing information will not be automatically reinstated, so you’ll need to enter payment details again when subscribing.
