  • Enter a name for your token (e.g., “Nedzo”).

  • Complete the verification code.

  • Copy the generated API token.

3. Connect Calendly with Your Nedzo Account

  • In Nedzo, click your avatar in the top-right corner and select Integrations.

  • Open the Connections tab.

  • Find Calendly in the list.

  • Paste your API token and click Save.

  • You’ll see a confirmation once your API key has been successfully added.

4. Enable Calendly for Your AI Agent

  • Go to your Agents page and select the agent you want to update.

  • Click the Actions tab.

  • Choose Calendly from the scheduling options.

  • Select the desired event type (e.g., 30-minute chat).

Cautionary Notes

  • Ensure your Calendly event types include only essential fields (name, email, phone number) to prevent booking errors.

  • Make sure required form questions do not block appointment scheduling.

Tips for Efficiency

  • You can connect multiple scheduling platforms (Calendly, Cal.com, GoHighLevel) to the same agent.

  • Regularly monitor API connections and update tokens as needed.

  • Reach out to the Nedzo team for assistance during setup.

What Your Agent Can Do

Once integrated, your Nedzo AI agent can:

  • Schedule appointments automatically through Calendly

  • Reschedule existing appointments

  • Cancel appointments

  • Access all available event types

  • Work smoothly with other connected calendars

All actions happen automatically — no additional manual input is needed.
