Store your NEOZ cordless lamp in a clean, dry location, away from moisture and extreme temperatures. It is safe to leave the lamp on the charger for extended periods without harming the battery.
NEOZ lamps use lithium-ion batteries, which benefit from regular use. Extended periods in storage without use can shorten battery life. To maintain battery health and ensure longevity, we recommend charging your lamp at least once a month where possible.
If a lamp has been stored for an extended period without charging, place it on the charger for approximately 8–12 hours before use to ensure the battery is fully recharged.
All NEOZ lamps have replaceable batteries. If your lamp is not working as it should after being in storage, please contact our service team at service@neoz.com.au or complete the Service & Repair Request form on our website. A member of our service team will be happy to assist you.
